NUTRITION

Each week Hannah will offer there a hands-on sessions to help inform and inspire. You’ll rediscover the importance of colours, textures and tastes and learn simple, accessible cooking strategies that bring vibrancy to everyday meals.

NORDIC WALKING

Each of Sue's fitness sessions focuses on Nordic walking, carefully planned for you to understand and feel how it engages upper body muscles as well as the legs. You’ll learn the correct technique for safe, effective walking with Nordic walking poles on a variety of terrains. You’ll gain an understanding of the benefits for your physical, mental and social well-being.

We’ll work with you at your fitness level, whether you’re already active or wanting to start moving more. Poles will be provided for the sessions.

PASSION & PURPOSE

Melissa will facilitate workshops that include a mixture of activities and discussion. We will explore some easy ways to achieve mindfulness, use journal prompts for inner reflection and look at how our natural creativity can help us find more joy. Absolutely no experience required. There will never be any putting-on-the-spot or pressure to share.

Structure

Over 6 weeks, we will together explore themes that will lay the foundations for lasting change.

Each week there will be opportunity for walking. The remaining time in the session will be shared by Hannah + Melissa.
